Stephen, unlike you, I have never been there and thus I will accept that Zambia is coming back.

There's no doubt that Zimbabwe's loss has been Zambia's gain as far as the farmers are concerned and I know many farmers have also emigrated from SA because of farm murders and the stated policy of the ANC to return SAn farms to the blacks. In fact, many farmers have also gone from Zim and SA to Northern Mozambique. I imagine the influx of enthusuastic farmers, the first white immigrants to Zambia since WW2, together with the strong copper price must cause an improvement in the economy and in sentiment.
