LOL! As a rule, when the popular press says it's impossible to time a given market, that's EXACTLY when you should be "timing" that market (usually timing a sell). Seriously, check out the "sources" on that article: Christian Coleman, district director for Zip Realty, a publicly traded real estate broker Pamela Liebman, CEO of the Corcoron Group, a real estate brokerage with offices in New York City, Florida, and Long Island. Doug Duncan, chief economist of the Mortgage Bankers Association Good to see the author really checked out all sides of the story, getting a wide range of viewpoints! ROTFLMAO!
