Niceguy, Agreed, but, once again, a judgment can be worded to convey such a message to Dell without being explicit and without binding Dell. (Moral suasion comes to mind.)

I would like to see all of Intel's packaged chips sold through a court apppointed trust until Intel comes up with a plan of fairness. Probably too simplistic.
