Sorry, but your assertions don't jive with reality. The memo
has not even been conclusively shown to be delivered from Lay
to Cheney. The contents of the memo "resemble" some of the
points relating to the energy policy which had nothing to do
with Enron fraud.

You make way too many grand leaps of faith, then draw
conclusions that have little or no basis in fact or reality.
