Bob: I have some money riding, consolidation will be forthcoming in the testing sector. Anything is possible, COHU might look tempting to A. I think COHU will be a more likely buyer of a smaller company. I own some RTEC,KEI and MTSN. RTEC still doesn't have August nailed down yet. If KLA wins. I think chances are good someone will want RTEC maybe COHU<G>. Regardless of takeover speculation. I like the testing sector for it prospect going forward. Kind of like GM retooling for a new model. You need to purchase new generation testing machines for manufacturing a new semi line.
