There's a nice peppy article (with a pic of Okarma's smiling face) on the front page of the business section of the local rag (SF Chronicle): sfgate.com At the stockholders' meeting (I attended) Okarma was emphatic that he wouldn't sell the company cheap. He has always struck me as genuinely empassioned about his company. He talks about it in visionary terms. My gut tells me that this was good deal for GERN. Marc
