Internet Capital Group To Announce Second Quarter Results August 4th Before Market Opens

WAYNE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 19, 2005--Internet Capital Group (NASDAQ:ICGE - News) will release the financial results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2005 on Thursday, August 4, 2005, before the market opens.
The Company will host a conference call to discuss the second quarter results on Thursday, August 4, 2005 at 10:00am ET. Participating on the conference call will be Walter Buckley, chairman and chief executive officer and Tony Dolanski, chief financial officer. The domestic dial-in number for the call is 877-407-8035. The international dial-in number is 201-689-8035.
The Company will also host a live web cast for the call with an attached slide presentation.
