Rove outed a CIA agent and should step down. The prosecutor will decide if he goes to jail. Bush should fire Rove if he won't step down, but Bush has no ethics. He is also not thinking about the CIA agent whose career has been ruined and the CIA operations which have been compromised, perhaps damaging US national security and destroying more lives and assets.
