Ray,

LSI Is on its way to test the July 14 H at 10.75 <g>

Although the revenues on the 1st Q were down 1% to $450M the earnings held at $0.06/shr. and the EE for 2005 are around $0.40/shr which would be a good comparison with the $0.11/shr in 2004. For 2006 the EE are around $0.50/shr.

The Debt/Equt is around 0.48 and it had a + cash flow from operations of $140M

It seems that the stock could get back to the 18 level it traded in 2002.<g>
