There was much public outcry a few years ago when the FBI announced they were mandating all major ISPs accept it. It was a program in a computer that sniffs all emails for word combinations. By now, I would be shocked if it has not been upgraded to sniff blogs, etc. If SI does not carry the baggage inside, they probably scan all posts from outside. If someone could prove that I was wrong, I would be shocked.
