I personally think you should wait. Down 6 is not an overreaction by the market as opposed to CYMI which dropped 25 points in 2 days and was good for a bounce. I don't see any reason for TLAB to shoot back to 60 anytime soon so what is the upside gain near term? Not much.
Let TLAB consolidate or drift lower for a while. It is still a company that should be accumulated over the long term.

Other good places to put your money (IMO) are:

A$ND-(although it was best to buy it before the close today like I suggested last night)

COHR-stable company like TLAB. Starting to get noticed, (perfect capitalization for this market $500 million) but relatively cheap.

MRVC-(Unfortunately, like A$ND up nicely today so might not be best entry point)

LPTHA-(Sort of related to TLAB due to WDM. Only for the most risk-averse speculators)

APAT-(Although I prefer to wait until it moves before jumping in. High risk like Lightpath)
