Cooper being questioned about welfare reform on July the 11th could very well mean that Rove is going to a BBQ in his honor, but not for outing Plame. If that is the case, then there are a lot of administration people who have smoke pits with their name on it. And that would be the ultimate in irony, an administration that looks down on the reality-based and making a career out of spin being hoisted on that particular petard.

I don't understand your meaning. Why would Rove get burned for talking about welfare reform?
