Tony, The sources were totally independent, but they don't have a track record (at least with me), so take it for what its worth. However, LGND had big blocks buying at the ask price all day, especially at the close. That you can verify indpendently. I'll also add that LGND IR seemed extremely happy today (they are not one of the sources). The rumors are pure speculation. However, the reasons for such a deal make sense to me.
