CB&I Announces Second Quarter 2005 Conference Call and Webcast

THE WOODLANDS, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 19, 2005--CB&I (NYSE:CBI) will release its first quarter 2005 financial and operating results before the market opens on Wednesday, July 27, 2005. The Company will host a conference call at 9 a.m. Central time (10 a.m. EDT) that day to discuss results, review current and future business factors, and answer questions from participants.

CB&I's second quarter 2005 conference call will be broadcast live over the Internet. To access the webcast, go to shareholder.com and select the conference call link. Please log on to this Web site at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the call to register and to download and install any necessary audio software. You may also access the webcast from the CB&I Web site (http://www.CBI.com) by selecting "Presentations and Webcasts" in the "Investor Relations" section.

If you are unable to participate in the live call, the webcast of the conference call will be available at the Web sites listed above following the event.
