steve, i looked at the chart pretty closely cause of our discussion. it looks pretty good to me. BOP and MoneyStream (2 Wordens Bros indicators of underlying buyng bs. selling) are both very positive. infact, vicl's BOP (balance of power) at 85 is the highwst of the 40 or so stocks i'm following. since it started moving in early june it has gone from 3.60 to 4.90 and continues to stay above short term moving avg. there is some resistance between here and 5.50 which is probaly previous buyers who were underwater and many will be happy to get out anyway that may explain qhy this news in itself hasn't provoked a sharper rise....
