Many Thanks for your responses. I confess ignorance of spinners but will do my homework and perhaps add them to my list. (So many good stocks and too little new money... Hmmm has anyone started a lithography mutual fund yet?)

Sorry about the typo you caught. I meant RIE (reactive ion etching) and at that loosely.
