Let's hear EXACTLY what you would do besides wet your pants.

I have outlined many times what I would do to end our terrorism problem (at least return us to a time before arab terrorism was a problem). Do whatever is necessary to end our engagement in the Mid East. That means withholding money from Israel until they settle their dispute and start living in peace, so we can too. That means switching over to a new energy regime, if it means more nuclear and such, then so be it, it will be worth it to end our engagement in that god awful part of the world and significantly lessen our terrorist threat to almost zero. So, I do have a plan, it's just not the militaristic one that you have been conditioned to depend on. The military is not the solution to all of our problems, they create many by sticking their noses where they don't belong.

So what are you saying? The Pentagon somehow staged 9/11?

Not all that unreasonable assumption to make given the incredibly inept response on 9/11/01 (why isn't that a major scandal?). What was our head of the Joint Chiefs doing on the morning of 9/11/01? Was he defending this country? What was the Secretary of Defense doing? What was the President doing? They were all doing the same thing, absolutely nothing, as if nothing unusual was occuring and with no surprise or shock. Something doesn't add up at all with that picture. Then on top of it, no planes were scrambled to defend DC from a plane that took off from DC turned around over Ohio and was heading back without radio contact and off-course?!? Now, that makes absolutely no sense at all. Rationalize it all you want, but to many people it makes no sense, and indicates that someone told them to stand down, which would make it a conspiracy. There are plenty of reasons to just let 9/11 happen. It ensured another term for Bush and his cohorts in the Republican party. It ensured a massive increase in miliary expenditures. It ensured an American invasion of the two biggest oil producting regions of the world. 9/11 solved many problems. Without a motive, I might just think our leaders were terribly inept, but they had a motive and they and their friends have benefittted greatly from 9/11.

Put aside your talking points. I am pro-environment (a vegetarian), against the death penalty, pro animal rights.....so that makes me a die-in-the-wool conservative? You sound ridiculous.

My thoughts are original, no talking points here, don't even know where to find them in fact. You sure don't seem like anything but a American conservative from your public appearance, but I'm glad you are diversified in your views. We are all many shades of grey.

I wonder if Libertarians support this consoldiation of federal power? This is their worst nightmare, but many still voted for Bush.
