Well, haq, there is some advantage to talk talk talk.
As long as people are talking, they don't have as much time for shooting.
But, like most big time confabs, the more talk, the more confusion. The more confusion, the less advancement.
But meanwhile the talkers seem to enjoy themselves at others' expense. The US Senate is a similar organization. More talk, less progress. The less progress, the more to blame the opposition. The more blame leveled at others, the more can one be proud that he is not as others.
