That is exactly what is going on now. An investigation. No charges have been filed against Rove, so due process is premature. The outcry by the democrats is a well thought out plan to pressure the prosecutor to file charges...that is a problem...let the prosecutor decide on the merits alone and leave politics out of this. We should let the justice system work on the Rove situation.
