Wrong again. Insistent in your ignorance (which appears willful), but wrong nonetheless. Try reading that report. The ISG didn't find "stockpiles". Perhaps that's where you are stuck. Or is it more than that? Your repeated refusal to actually read the evidence found by the ISG points to something more IMO.
