Next positive PR and it goes higher, the PR being final permits. Hard to imagine the current holdups are that big a hurdle given the operation, but you never know with these agencies. Once they are actually producing and earn the JV, the share price will be reactive to changes in the price of moly. Still a wait and see as to whether they get off the ground. Of course if you wait that long to get in, you'll miss a lot a share price increase from here. Big question re earning the JV: what is "profitable production"?
