Jeff: What kind of impact will have on the GEMS stocks to reflect the acquisitions? It's definitely good to spin off the microwave businese. To acquire Wireless Access will give GEMS the ability to make advanced pagers. I am not sure about the ODC deal. Last year GEMS acquired CNet. This year they are transferring all the CNET developpers to Glenayre's headquater location and only keep a sales office in Dallas. I can see it's a cost saving measure but I'm not sure how much value CNET is really adding to GEMS. I'm overwhelmed with all the news released today. Generally, I think the news are very positive. The NPCS tochnology is getting mature. I hope PageMart can finish their testings soon in Austin and start their 2-way paging services. Regards, Julian
