Look at this interesting tidbit...

...All of the individuals facing criminal charges -- including Avant! president Gerald Hsu, and Avant! Director Yun-Chung Cho -- have indicated that they will invoke the Fifth Amendment to avoid incriminating themselves, and therefore will not testify in the civil action. Avant! argues that because those individuals will be taking the Fifth Amendment, the civil case should be stayed. Cadence will not oppose a delay on the portion of its civil case against the individuals because they have indicated that they will invoke their Fifth Amendment rights in the criminal proceedings, but will argue that the civil case against Avant! itself should proceed since a corporation has no such Constitutional rights...
