Diverting the public's attention from Rove is what I agree with.

The appointment will go the way the 14 Senators from both parties decree.

JOhn Roberts does not have a record. He has been a judge for two short years. Similar to someone fresh out of college who does not have a work history and good references. So he will be required to provide some answers to Senator's questions like the one Schumer mentioned.

Would you hire someone who fails to answer your questions especially one who does not have references?
