Oh is this one of the articles that you are talking about?

Message 21517337

He says: "A highly capable special prosecutor is probing the underlying facts, and it is appropriate to withhold legal judgments until he completes the investigation over which speculation runs so rampant. "

Then he says: "Have you heard that the CIA is actually the source responsible for exposing Plame's covert status?"

Then he says: "Had you heard not only that no crime was committed in the communication of information between Bush administration officials and Novak, but that no crime could have been committed because the governing law gives a person a complete defense if an agent's status has already been compromised by the government?"

Is the hypocrisy of this author completely lost on you? He says we should withhold judgement and then he goes on to convict the CIA and find the administration and Novack innocent. Is that a righty example of "withholding judgement?"

ROFL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think I will skip the rest of the articles you posted to establish your "facts".
