henry: BRE, MHC for long-long term holdings... I've been reluctant to go long fearing interest-rate increases. On the other hand, the day I go bullish is the day the market goes to s**t. Oh the other hand, why go long when I can short two-billion dollar companies with no book value and no earnings?
