It's statistically out of whack. The pool of candidates is sufficiently large enough.


It's not the size of the pool that YOU have issue with, its the difference between the sexual split of the candidates and the split of the court. Answer the question!

If I were in charge, I'd also have people of different weight represented - weight challenged, underweight, and medium.

Well, you can be in charge in your house, and you can split up the residents in your house however you think best. As for the outside world, you're going to need some really good campaign people if matching Supreme Court justices to weight demographics is one of your platforms - good luck!
