Why I filed nothing in response to the recent barrage by Rea and Trading Places, now confirmed by the District Court, only the Fifth Circuit is in control of the outcome now:

7/15/05 66 Order that due to the filing of a Notice of Appeal this Court has no jurisdiction to rule on the following pending motions: motion for (David Cohen) to withdraw as attorney 65-1], motion for more definite statement [63-1], motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction [62-1], motion to dismiss for failure to state a cause of action [62-2], motion urging Honorable Judge Sparks to clarify his Order of 6/2/05 [61-1]
