remember during the tech buble when AOL acquired Time Warner? How about Amgen acquiring Lilly just because they can! I'm joking, yet it illustrates how rapidly technology and fresh management can impact an industry. Certainly pharma has had every opportunity to benefit from new tech, yet thay have been surpassed.
