amy, re:I don't find value in snide remarks, but prefer intellectual discussions. I can see the depth of your intellect by making sex a requirement for appointment to the court. No where is it written the court must be representative of any sex or race - it should however be filled with qualified people. Why don't you use that "intellect" to discuss the selections qualifications, beyond some fictional sexism issue.
