Kelly I have nothing to loose, understand, I have nothing at all to take they took everything. The SEC is involved again, I feel kinda sorry for these guys! The problem will be resolved! VERY SOON!

I also had major problems with E*trade. Using them for trading isn't worth the headache of trying to saving a few dollars. The
customer service is horrible(phone line busy for up to a hour). They sell stocks that you don’t have(I didn’t request a short
sell). You can’t put stops within ¼ point of the bid. The internet trading is a joke(down when market is active ). Market orders
are not executed for hours. Brokers have no idea what a SPY is. I place a market order to short SPY. The order set there for
one hour. I called the customer service line(had to wait for 30min) and ask why my SPY order wasn’t filled. The broker had no
idea of what SPY was(he stated that it needed a up-tic). After explaining to him about SPY, it had dropped two points(lost
money). I have enough problems trying to make money and I don't need E*trades helping me lose it(I do a very good job). I still
have an account with them but I wouldn’t recommend them until they get their service problem fixed!
