I believe on can define signs that are reliable indications of hatred or malice and then make those signs elements of criminal conduct. You seem unable to grasp that And you seem unable to grasp: an idea without prohibitable conduct cannot be a crime. You can have all the "signs" you want, until there is some conduct that is prohibitable, with the requisite mental state, you cannot make it a crime. We don't live in a police state. Derek
