I understand that in my scenario a federal iraqi democracy of sorts proabably goes away for the time being. If iraqi civilians are still being attacked after we are gone, either the national govt will have to reach or local sunnis will havee to fight the foreigners. The only reason i mentioned bugging out is my Ground Hog day nightmare for next july. 600 more dead americans and little or no progress in iraq while the terrorists continue to wreck havoc. mike
