The company has posted that Shipes is the new chairman of the board but not the CEO. Big effing deal. Some old garbage to come! If they merge with one of his shells then it will probably be about one share of the shell for one hundred shares of this scam. I wonder how Kevin Pfeffer likes it so far?? What a bunch of morons!! More of my opinions
