Heard that Mark Hurd's talk with the employees about the restructuring was much better received than the typical Carly coffee-talk. Employee's seem to have much more confidence in him, including confidence that he's not restructuring just for the sake of restructuring (or for the sake of Wall Street's short-term perceptions), but only after careful deliberation with the input of a wide swath of managers and employees.
