I think we can agree that we should let the legal system work in this case, as it always should, and that due process should be followed in the case of these allegations against Karl Rove or anyone else. If the legal process finds Rove did not do anything illegal, I can live with that, so be it. But, I also wouldn't want to see him get away with anything because of his lofty position in society, that hurts our justice system. It is pretty amazing that wealthy and powerful people like Bernie Ebbers and Martha Stewart actually are sent to jail in America when they break the law. It is a testament to our strong legal foundations.
