Nevermind all of them taking up arms. If one billion Muslims around the world each contributed one dollar a day to fight US, this military budget would exceed all of NATO members (ex-USA) combined. The problems we are having now are nothing compared to what we'll have then. The conngreasman wanted to score some emotional points with his public, which it seems he has. Incidentally, lately Bush seems to have gotten a better grasp of the situation (at least on occasions he seems to say the right thing). This made me think back to the pre-election Iranian opinion on the candidates. Asked which candidate, Bush or Kerry, Iran prefers, the Iranian VP answered Bush. For one thing, he said, it takes at least 4 years for these guys to understand the situation here and if Kerry was to win, we'd have to work on teaching him lessons that Bush already knows.
