I watched a show many years ago. I haven't been able to find any writings about it. But I think it was ted koppel in a round table discussion, talking about the reporters on the beach when clinton went into somalia. Someone posed the question what would you do if you stumbled across the D-Day invasion force in England's harbor. I believe it was Koppel who said, yes, absolutely I would report it....
