Now I think that we will do OK for a couple of years at most, then the humongous twin deficits and failure to save coupled with the inevitable bursting of the housing bubble will give us an economic blow like none we've seen in decades.

I'm with you on the concept and the worry. Just can't figure out the timing.

But then I expect you also read Bill Gross.
