Fair enough. But we are talking about what people are legally accussed and convicted of doing. That is after all the defense of Rove at the moment, that perhaps he did something unethical or a bit inappropriate for a person of his position, but does it actually rise to the level of an indictable offense, and if not why are we talking about it? The prosecutors and courts will sort that out via due process proceedings. But I think it's only fair to talk about what Clinton was actually convicted of doing. Geeze, we have had Presidents who could be convicted of much worse crimes if their actions were viewed in a criminal context. Our foreign policy is riddled with blatant criminal behavior that is ignored for national security reasons, because running a foreign policy is not a pretty business.
