Brits have problem, must fix it fast. Cant afford to shut down a whole city. We can learn from what they do. Got new micro circuits and samplers for chemicals , how many needed, where and how do you use them.? How many video cameras on street corners.? Cant afford to put them everywhere. Privacy laws can stand it their way. Might have to change those fast, based on majority in favor of. From the actions of the British police, they dont seem to need much in the way of a search warrant. (g) Registration of common chemical/fertilizer sales would not help much. Sig
