Soros knows first-hand Bush is a crook. Soros is the one who bought his shares at Harken Energy after Bush used insider trading to sell at a profit on inside info. The SEC investigation was dropped because GW's father happened to be POTUS. So Soros knows Bush well. Which explains why he decided to put his money where his mouth was and expose Bush as the liar he is. I'm sure Soros also made a ton of money shorting the dollar. Bush's out of control deficit spending devalued the dollar by 40%.
