Neither, believe the Wikipedia and some common sense. I see nothing in there that says that any of these FORMER CIA employees knew Valerie Plame, knew the work she was doing, or where she was doing it, whether her cover was previously blown,..YET automatically conclude that there was serious damage to national security.
