Ken,

That is exactly my point. Increased consumer spending - good for WMT - bad for the DOW and interest rates. Let's hope (or hope against if you want more WMT at bargain prices) that investors realize that WMT will not be hurt in a sell off due to increase consumer spending. In fact, it increased .04% over last month - news released today.
