Thanks for the pointer. Looking at it now. Cash option almost 79 cents based on current exchange. Say .09/.70, or 12.8 percent return between now and close. At first glance, I can't figure out when the close will be. If it is indeed by the end of the year... Well, it looks too good to be true, if it's safe. I'm looking for hooks in this one, but not sure where they're at!? Anybody put this one thru the blender? add/edit: Got a feel of how the vote may go? Looks like next to nothing held by institutions and insiders. And I think it will take a supermajority (I think I read 2/3 vote) to approve the transaction. BTW, whish they wouldn't refer to this as a "scheme". Makes me nervous (:>)... fred hayes
