more on XNVA. I was wrong in my prior post re the 2/3 vote -- it's a majority as usual. No idea where I got the 2/3, sorry. The buyer looks legit. I have no idea what XNVA is worth, but the buyout price of around $30 mil looks like a bargain on its face. Looks kinda pathetic for loyal shareholders. I suppose there is some risk that the deal falls thru, but seems to me that risk is balanced by the chance of a competing bid. fred hayes
