Can you defend Cheney/Halliburton with a straight face? Come one. It's textbook corruption. And they don't even care. Schlumberger could have handled the oilfields. Otehrs too. But Cheney was in charge. The CEO of Halliburton. So no bidding. And overcharging by a billion bucks is fine. Our money.
