RE: " I don't think it will ever get to the population percentages"

I believe that is a biased statement against those modern men that prefer more involvement with their children, because you presume there will never be many of them interested in staying at home as women.

You sound unaware of the bias against Dad's that want to be more involved in their children's lives. Pretending things are peachy, blocks the solution. With awareness better solutions will be created.

Your statement about the % is a biased statement against the many women forced to stay at home after having children. You incorrectly assume they all want to stay at home, when in fact so many are pushed out.

Are you truly so unaware to the plight of working mothers that get pushed out of corporate America and are forced to stay at home? They get pushed out not because they aren't capable or productive, but because some corporate patterns are outdated for a bygone society due their lack of awareness.

Or, maybe you lack the vision for how corporations could operate differently and more efficiently to embrace working parents. It's a waste of superb talent, the way today's corporations work.
