Shanda Partners With Service Providers to Explore Digital Home Market

SHANGHAI, China, July 22 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Shanda Interactive Entertainment Limited (Nasdaq: SNDA), or Shanda, a leading interactive entertainment media company in China, today announced at its Content Cooperation for Digital Home Strategy Press Conference the launch of a broad scope collaboration with content providers.

48 leading content providers in China and from abroad participated in this press conference, signifying Shanda's effort to make available to the home users a diversified portfolio of applications/services include movies, music, games, online shopping, lifestyle, and online education.

Shanda's home entertainment station will open its operation platform, which integrates Shanda's user management system, marketing, customer service, technical support, and distribution and payment system, to support all Shanda's content partners.
