I'm aware of that. I've often thought those folks were sincere. I suspect many of them DO pray for the ACLU lawyers- and that's nice? Isn't it? (although I do suspect they are praying for change, and I'm not thinking good thoughts for change. If things stay as they are, that's fine. If they change that would be nice, but it's not necessary.) If people want to call me names I am STILL willing to see their humanity, and try to see their good points, and wish them well. And they don't need to change at all for me to do that, and continue to do that. And that's just how simple it is. Mayhe it's exactly the same for the folks who pray for ACLU lawyers, if so, wonderful. If not, wonderful.
